There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my seller and buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

 I met David in 2001 when he was the listing agent for a property I was buying. I did buy that property. His professionalism in attempting to achieve the best for his clients so impressed me, that when it was time to sell that property, I contacted David.

Since then David has been my agent for one additional sale and another purchase. The only problem faced in the four business dealings was when he sold the one property in 20 days from the listing to closing. I wasn’t quite ready to move that fast. But I must admit it was nice to get over listing price for a change!

There is no better Realtor in Savannah. I recommend him highly.

David Byrd is an outstanding full-time real estate professional. He doesn’t use the same one-size-fits-all approach to real estate marketing and sales that other Realtors use. David understands the importance of using market research to develop a sales plan that places his customers ahead of the pack. Even though financial market conditions were unfavorable and my condominium was in competition with twenty others in the same community, David had a sales agreement in hand within six weeks of the listing! David Byrd embodies professionalism. He operates his business with the highest ethical standards. David knows the law and lives within it. At the same time, David aggressively represented us with our first home purchase. When the seller experienced complications and tried to back out of the deal, David stood up and fought for us. As a military veteran, David understood the unique challenges of military families. He did most of the administrative work for us when distance and time made that impossible. I first met David in October of 2005. He was the listing agent on a house that I would eventually purchase. Throughout the closing process, David made himself available for the appraisal and the home inspection, and answered all my questions as they came up. He even had to re-draw the sales contract three times to satisfy my bank’s changing requirements. This was all done efficiently and professionally, and with a sense of humor. Above all I found David to be ethical and honest, and I am certain these characteristics are the biggest contributors to his long-term success in the real estate market.

In 2007 when I was looking to purchase an investment property, I did not hesitate to call David for assistance. He also has extensive roots in the community and even long after the closing he has helped me find everything from an electrician to a mortgage broker to a tree removal service to help with my rental property. I have used his name as the person who recommended these services and I always received positive responses and excellent service! I have recommended David several times to my friends and family and would not hesitate to do so in the future.

He picked me up from the airport, drove me around the city, sealed the deal on a great house, and returned me to the airport that evening - all without breaking a sweat! I would like to add my personal testimony to the great ability of David Byrd in Real Estate.

I first meet David during an unsuccessful listing of my home with a well known Savannah Real Estate Agent in a well known Savannah Real Estate company. I was having no success and called David after he had shown my home to one of his clients. I asked for his impression of my home and the current listing. He was very professional and impressed me with his knowledge of area waterfront property. After my unsuccessful listing expired, I asked David to give me a presentation of how he would market my home. David presented his plan to market my waterfront location at a representative and competitive price and how he would present my property in internet and published format. He provided guidance and advice through two contract offer negotiations which were each quite unique.

After the successful sale of my home, I listed a separate waterfront lot next to my former home. The sale of my home had placed a tricky condition on the sale of the lot. David handled the difficulty with professionalism and delivered an excellent sales contract in a reasonable time.
