Will they work around YOUR schedule or will you need to work around theirs? Ask the agent who they are representing. Ask the agent if they are an ABR,( Accredited Buyer's Agent). Please remember an agent is not legally allowed to represent the buyer in Georgia if you have not entered into a Buyer's Agency Agreement. Always ask for referrals from past clients. Are you confident in the agents ability to be a strong negotiator? How educated is your agent concerning the contract you will be asked to sign?
